Dr Kitso-Lesedi Mrubata is a dedicated paediatric pulmonologist based in South Africa, with a special interest in complex respiratory diseases in children, including asthma, chronic cough and critical care respiratory support. She is passionate about advancing paediatric lung health through evidence-based medicine, multi-disciplinary collaboration, and patient-centred care.
Dr. Mrubata completed her paediatric training and sub-specialty fellowship in paediatric pulmonology through the university of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa, and the Discovery Fellowship Foundation. She is currently a candidate for a Masters in Science focused on Respiratory Syncytial virus and Covid-19.
