Important Instructions for Doctors:
Ensure Registration is Complete: CPD points can only be awarded to delegates who are fully registered for the congress.
HPCSA Number is Mandatory: Please ensure your correct HPCSA registration number is provided during registration or on the attendance form. Points cannot be allocated without it.
Sign In and Out at Each Session: To qualify for CPD points, delegates must sign the attendance register at the start and end of each session or workshop. No points will be awarded without complete attendance records.
Certificates of Attendance: Certificates and CPD point allocations will be sent via email after the congress, once attendance has been verified and processed.
Workshop Participants: Delegates attending the Workshops (both full-day HPC and half-day patient sessions) will also be eligible for CPD points, provided attendance is recorded appropriately.
